PMDS is an ambient/techno electronic music project by Azoreans Pedro Sousa and Filipe Caetano. The first classically trained in piano and the second with many kilometers within the dance floors, both with a strong passion for analogue equipment, synthesizers and gadgets.

In 2011 they released their first album through the Thisco label and in 2022 through Variz. They’ve played all over the Portuguese territory and abroad. When performing live they insist on taking part of the arsenal of instruments they have, to build a sonic journey to the subconscious, faded memories and abstract thought, playing and manipulating the instruments at the spot, without a safety net, allowing something increasingly rare in concerts to happen - human error.
